All-on-4 and All-on-6 are advanced dental implant techniques designed for patients who may not be suitable for traditional implants, offering a secure, fixed solution for full-arch tooth replacement, often in just one day.
All-on-4 and All-on-6 treatments can provide a secure, fixed full-arch bridge that is designed to look and feel natural. Unlike removable dentures, the bridge is held in place by implants and may help many patients eat, speak and smile with greater confidence.
Because the implants are placed at specific angles to maximise stability, some patients may not need additional procedures such as bone grafting. This can make treatment less complex and broaden suitability compared with some traditional implant approaches.
In many cases and subject to clinical assessment, a temporary bridge can be fitted on the same day as implant placement. This allows patients to leave with fixed provisional teeth while the implants heal, before a final bridge is placed once treatment is complete.
